Her first job was at This Magazine, back in the 1990s. This prepared her for a life of asking questions. And listening. From there she worked as a freelance writer, editor, radio producer and copy-editor for various magazines and newspapers. Then in 2000, after finishing the New Media Design Program at the Canadian Film Centre, she founded her first company, Tightrope Entertainment. From there she went to Documentary Organization of Canada as Executive Director. Her first podcast series launched in January 2015. And now, this.
